In the years 1965 - 1967, Disneyland employed women dressed as mermaids to inhabit the lagoon for the Submarine Voyage ride. If you were lucky, you could glimpse them swimming through the portholes of the submarine as you were submerged underwater.

- Taller than her(preferably 6’2” and above)
- INTELLIGENCE IS KEY
- Open-minded
- Confidence in himself (arrogant males may not apply for position)
- Own a licence (additional ownership of a vehicles = brownie points)
- Eyes. Something about the eyes. She needs to be able to get lost in them.
- Humour! (not that rude, slap-stick sense, the sarcastic and witty kind)
- Has some sort of special “talent”
- Willing to reciprocate actions and passion in the bedroom
- Loving and able to be spontaneous, but still have a plan and life goals
